Robinson's mall is just a few minutes walk.
We were assigned a room next to a fire escape and weren't able to sleep well due to noise from people going up/down the stairs. Other guests were noisy too. Food at the Cafe wasn't good, but a bit pricier than others.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, as it was adjacent to a shopping mall where we had plenty of restaurant choices. Being in a taxi from the airport, we reached the hotel conveniently. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the fast Wi-Fi was a plus. The hotel staff provided good service, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Nothings.

My stay was comfortable and the staff was professionally. I enjoyed the hotel and will Recommend to others. Thank You Palm Grove for the experience.
The welcoming and professionalism of the Staff.
The second floor was a bit noisy from people walking around and talking, you can hear almost everything. Next visit I would like to stay at a higher level.

convenient location within Manila city, near the shopping mall and accessible to transportation.
it's not wifi free zone just like most hotels and other places to stay had now offered. no savailable electrical outlet for charging cellphones & camera ( the available was only at the bathroom which I found dangerous )

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk to a big shopping mall and close to many tourist attractions. the room was clean and comfortable with a big bathroom and nice amenities. We also enjoyed the free breakfast, which had a good variety of options.
The room was small and a bit cramped with only the basic necessities, and the noise from the air conditioner was a bit bothersome. there was a lack of storage space for our luggage and other belongings, which made the room feel cluttered.

The location and friendly staff. And the decor; the tile work is literally a work of art. As good as any five star hotel
1. The internet access is very very bad. Not only an absurd "password" system with too many numbers, but if you don't "log out correctly" you lose your remaining minutes. Saying "free wifi" and only giving you a 1/2 hour pass is cheap. I had to go across the street to Robinson's mall to do my business and book my air lines trip. And their method of "selling" guests a pass for an hour or whatever, and requiring a signature, is insulting. I am looking for another hotel to stay in that has a user friendly log on internet. Everytime i'm there I had to go down to front desk to "lot out." It should be free. And available in the lobby. The food is good but the setting is sterile and uncomfortable.

Close to Robinsons mall
Very tired hotel. I have stayed in a few hotels within the immediate area and I would say that this is the worst of the bunch. For the same price range and location I would recommend Riviera or City Garden (both of which I have stayed in during the past 6 months) which are a much better overall experience.

Located on a busy intersection in front of Robinson's mall, this hotel offers convenience and accessibility to various amenities and shopping options. The downtown area is also nearby, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The rooms in the upper floors, whether with a double bed or a king-sized bed, provide a nice view for guests to enjoy. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay ensures a good start to the day.
Some minor improvements could be made.

I loved the location and the attitude of the service staff at the restaurant and door especially....you get a great value for your money and for me being a former waiter I believe in generous tips for excellent service....that's what you get at palm plaza.
Some services were advertised in the room that were not available.

Walking distance to Robinson midtown shopping mall. housekeeping staff warm and friendly.staff not a problem but maybe management.
Wifi access not completely connected and not user friendly especially in room. Room not carpeted thus cold floor caused wife to develop fever and flu. Suggest to provide rubber sandals. Room not bright enough. Low water pressure.

This hotel, located on a busy intersection in the downtown area, offers great value for money. The rooms are large and clean, and having a good laptop on their toilets is a nice touch. The staff is friendly and hospitable, and the included breakfast is a great start to the day.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.
