Robinson's mall is just a few minutes walk.
We were assigned a room next to a fire escape and weren't able to sleep well due to noise from people going up/down the stairs. Other guests were noisy too. Food at the Cafe wasn't good, but a bit pricier than others.

My stay was comfortable and the staff was professionally. I enjoyed the hotel and will Recommend to others. Thank You Palm Grove for the experience.
The welcoming and professionalism of the Staff.
The second floor was a bit noisy from people walking around and talking, you can hear almost everything. Next visit I would like to stay at a higher level.
